Going over my sugar allowance...
1/2-3/4 is in fruit I eat and the rest is scattered through my food, an example is I have 1/4 tspn of honey in my tea in the morning, maybe soy sauce in dinner etc (I'm not the only one in the house that cooks so can't really be helped. Anyway I want to know how much of an effect this will have on my weight loss? Thanks

How do i start- advice on exercise and making a start.
I am 30-35kgs (66lbs-77lbs) overweight and have no muscle mass, my joints, hips and knees hurt and I am exhausted all the time. These are all my excuses/reasons for not exercising. Being sore after exercise
I went to the gym yesterday and worked out for an hour while my dad was working out. This is the first time I've worked out apart from walk around the neighbourhood and today I'm so sore that I am struggling to sit, walk up or down the stairs or bend down.
