I curious of what motivates you guys to continue your workouts for me personally is just seeing lower number on the scale but what about you guys
lately i' ve been doing good working out doing cardio for about 30 mins but yesterday pizza was ordered by my family and i fell victim :( over the course of the day i had seven slices when i snapped back into myself i realized like wtf was I doing I had killed my whole workout is there any way I could prevent this
