Had a binge moment :(

lately i' ve been doing good working out doing cardio for about 30 mins but yesterday pizza was ordered by my family and i fell victim :( over the course of the day i had seven slices when i snapped back into myself i realized like wtf was I doing I had killed my whole workout is there any way I could prevent this

    One day won't make or break you. Figure out a plan for next time. Because there will be a next time. For instance, you can set aside a slice as your dinner, and then make sure your other food fits within your calorie goals. Or you can plan a longer workout for that day (or even that week).
    For me the biggest issue is such high calorie foods being somewhere where I can see them all the time, so I just make sure to put them soemwhere not immediately visible, then I don't think about them as much.

    And if I do overdo it, I just start fresh tomorrow.
