Onederland Today!
I hit Onederland at exactly 199lbs today. Happy Onederland day to me! :D Also down from 46% body fat to 42%. Down from 36 BMI to 34 and up from 90 muscle to 107! I feel like I'm floating. This is what a 10 lbs change looks like on me
I was 213 in week 4 and 203 in week 10. very minor change. I see more change in myself from the front and back than from the side.
