I'm 5'6", 127, and I'm 51. I want to lose 10 pounds. I work out regularly alternating between boot camp style classes, Body Pump, Indoor cycling, and yoga. It comes down to eating. Right now I'm using the 21-day Fix meal plan. It's been a good two weeks, but it's a VERY SLOW process.
Hello All, I'm so frustrated with how difficult it is to lose weight after 50. I'll be 52 in a few months, and all I need to lose is 10 pounds. I'm a fitness instructor, I eat really healthy for the most part, and yet it is crazy how tough this is! Anyone else in my boat?
