  • I'm 5'6", 127 and I'm 51. I want to lose 10 pounds as well. I work out regularly alternating between boot camp style classes, Body Pump, Indoor cycling, and yoga. It comes down to eating. Right now I'm using the 21-day fit meal planning. It's been a good week, but it's a VERY SLOW process.
