Can someone look at my food diary and offer advice I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. My Apple Watch shows much higher calorie burn so I’ve been logging food based on that and putting in notes section. Cannot lose at all.

I’m a new - been trying to lose even 5 lbs since January. I’m 56 5 6” and 150 right now.... lots of 5s . Really need some tips and encouragement I’m frustrated.

i'm confused as to how i should set my macros...i never seem to stay within the goals i have set. I am 53, female, attempting to lose body fate percentage currently weigh 146 and bf is 33%. Any advice?
