Plateaued - anyone else in my shoes?
Sydney Australia - lost 20 + kgs, gained back 5 kgs and have plateaued at 15 kgs for the past 6 months!! Anyone else want to add me for added motivation?? :) Ps. I exercise a lot, but have issues staying away from sugar!!
