Are rest days really that important?
I've gotten a bit addicted to working out. I workout as hard as possible everyday. My body is for sure changing but I'm not seeing the scale move a whole lot. What am I doing wrong?
I'm 5'4, 190 pounds pretty muscular female. I'm trying hard to lose and get down to 140. I eat basically the same thing every day. Yes I use scales and pre-portioned meals. When do I stop counting calories?
Do I stop my HRM right after my workout or so I include stretch/cool down? Do I could all the way until my HR returns to normal? Thanks!

HR monitor vs MFP
I use a polar heart rate monitor when I'm working out only. I did kickboxing for about an hour and 20 minutes today and my HR monitor said I burned around 700 calories. However, when I enter 80 minutes of kickboxing into MFP it says something like 1100. I'm guessing the HR monitor is correct?
