Hey everyone! I'm just getting back into the gym, starting light. 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes treadmill. Going at my own pace, nothing major. I usually stretch after I'm finished with all three. A few people told me I should also stretch before I start doing cardio. Any inputs? Thanks! :)
