Stretching... before? After? Both?

Hey everyone! I'm just getting back into the gym, starting light. 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 15 minutes treadmill. Going at my own pace, nothing major. I usually stretch after I'm finished with all three. A few people told me I should also stretch before I start doing cardio. Any inputs? Thanks! :)

    I never stretch cold like that before working out. The few times that I have in the distant past (at the advice of others) I have injured myself. I only stretch at the end if I remember to do it. A good stretch after warming up or at the end of a workout is awesome.

    I stretch afterwards and foam roll.

    Afterwards, since if you do it straight away at the beginning chances of pulling a muscle is high since your body not warmed up.
