Healthiest chinese non fried rice ever !
Two cups of brown basmati rice (trader joes) cooked Frozen peas one cup Liquid egg whites one cup Semi boiled chopped carrots 1/2 cup 1/2 cup or so of chicken stocK 2 tablespoons of soy sauce Throw peas in medium heat pan with a little chicken stock. Zero carb icecream. Guilt free
In my area they have "whippedLA" carbolite 8 soft serve at 150 calories for a large 18 oz of icecream !!!' So guilt free and yummy. If any of you need a treat this is the soft serve to get :) )))

Anybody want to share how many caloies they were eating before they decided to lose weight ? Don't be shy about high numbers I'll start. I could probably average 6000 a day

Maintaining on a lot of calories ? Anyone?
I'm not using MFP to lose weight but more or less to keep track of what I'm eating. I'm eating between 2500-3000 calories average. I exercise 3-5 times a week moderately. I'm 5'3 and just a bit overweight. Is this normal ? It's all healthy food. Is there any other females that aren't Athletes and are maintaining on this…
