Yes 1300-1400. Sushi is about 40 cals each. The fried things I'd say 75 cals each called cream cheese Rangoon if you look it up. Cakes are 100 each. Um chicken stick 100 cals. Seafood thing is probably 200 for 1/2 cup portion

Quest bars cookies and cream are low carbs and good protien and are only 180 calories.

Real ice cream 1/2 cup serving is 150-200 Carbolite is 2 cups almost for 150 Cals :p sucka

On their website it says zero carbs. Obviously it may have so little that it can be advertised as zero like most products that have less than 5 calories or 0.5 carbs.

It tastes like italian heaven. Light tomato sauce. Bell pepper mushrooms Mozz. And pesto !!!

I don't care about the carbs but this ice cream is low calories compared to others and is great for people who need a treat and want to stay on track with their calories. I personally don't eat this often and I'm not doing low calories as far as diet

My whole wheat pita pizza can be meal with side salad or a snack at 300 calories

Wow. Many of your numbers seem reasonable. I've been tracking for a year or less and my numbers are semi close so I may need to adjust a bit. Thank you everyone
