What happens when you stop taking it? I don't really want to take it forever. I will try to use my time on it to develop good habits. But I'm curious what happens.

Starting again
I have gained so much weight over the last decade. I want to lose weight but I start a diet and then I am off of it by night time. I'm tired of failing. However, I lack discipline and motivation. I want to lose weight but when I see the bag of chips, I eat it. I need to lose 40 lbs.
