One Year and Feeling Great
I am 48, and have dropped from 219.5 to 158.25. I feel good, type 1 diabetes is well controlled. I have been maintaining this weight since February. Maintaining my Weight Question?
I had dropped from 219.5 to 163 pounds, and feeling really good. I adjusted my calories to maintain my weight and did so successfully for 6 weeks. Today, at 9 weeks, I weighed in again and had dropped to 160. Not really doing anything different that I can think of. Why the weight loss?
