Draining Ground Meat (Turkey/Beef) Fat
So I made some 90/10 ground turkey yesterday in a skillet, and a cr-p load of fat began to pool in the pan. After it was cooked, I drained the fat and rinsed the meat fairly throughly with warm water. I was just wondering how you guys think this should be tracked? Should I still track it as 90/10 ground turkey or would…
