Working Out, Counting Calories, GAINED 10 POUNDS???
I just do not understand what happened. I have been using MyFitnessPal since August and have started working out 6 days a week. I am doing a mix of strength training, HIIT workouts, Yoga and light cardio throughout the week, eating about 1500 calories per day (my MFP deficiency has me eating 1200 so I eat what I work off).…
