When is the right time to start taking protein shake along with insanity program ?
Heey All, i would like to get an advice from experts. the issue is i will start insanity, and i am confused if its right to start taking a protein powder from the first day or am not sure when exactly to start taking it. would someone who did insanity give me an advice please. thank you.
