On the go lunch ideas (when you have less than an hour to exercise and eat)
I try to squeeze in a good 40 minutes of physical activity on my lunch hours....any suggestions as to what would be a good LC lunch after my workout that I can grab and go back to work.....salads don't keep me full until suppertime and I need something that I can eat at my desk (that isnt stinky!) lol! Thanks!!

why isnt my scale moving...only week 2! Too much dairy?? help!
Hello, I don't understand why my scale isn't moving, I exercise every day and stay +/- 50 carbs per day and last week I had a big loss...this week, barely anything. Could it be the cheese I have been eating?? Any help is welcome!!!!

weight lifting and tracking
Does anyone track when they lift weights? I am trying to figure out how to track my cross fit courses, or even simple weight lifting, but it is always a guess. Cardio is no problem, but weighs is a problem. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!

macro setup in MFP is never just right.
How do you set your macros in MFP ? I am trying to get my calories at 1315, 25g carbs, 60g protein, 108g fat......IT NEVER WORKS !! Is there some other way to do it? Thanks!!!!

starting over.
Why is it when things are going well, I hop off the boat and now the scales tell me 10 of the 17 lbs that I had buried in my past have come back to haunt me? Well that's it, enough is enough. Today is the day I say enough is enough. Tough luck for carbs, I can do without! God help me!

sugar cravings - or cravings in general.
Does any other woman get sugar cravings at a specific time of the month? I thought after 3 months of eating somewhat LC that my cravings were under control....now for the last month or so...that is all I get....I feel like I have lost the battle. I need some help!

Fruit
I have been LC since November and have lost 20 lbs so far and have another 10 -15 to go to be right where I want to be. I love lc BUT I am worried that I am not getting enough vitamins since I rarely eat fruit, I do eat veggies, but no fruit. Does anyone else have this worry or would a multivitamin do it?
