ok I would like to join....I am committed and ready ! I had lost 20 lbs in the past and gained it all back plus another 10. I am not buying new clothes....my fat pants are now super tight...I am not a happy camper but I need to get mad to get motivated I guess.....any help out there is welcome...!!

how many calories do you eat in a day?? Mine is set at 1350 (or around there) but usually I eat only around 1100 or so.....ugh....so many factors, so much to learn! I thought I understood this WOE!

but within that time (3-4 wks), you felt better regardless of the scale??

has anyone made lasagna with Zucchini instead of pasta and if so does it freeze well? I have lots in my Garden and have to use them up!! :)

Because in my case, I would have a BPC to replace my breakfast.....which normally would be a couple eggs lets say...but every time I have a BPC I am so full I don't want to eat anything...so I was just wondering if it is really healthier to replace breakfast with a BPC ?

Thanks for all the great input. So from what I gather from you all is that it is really a personal thing. I think I will go back to the 50g range and take it from there....I have a hard time with under 20g right now....I get bored after a few weeks. Thanks so much!

I have not had any kind of tests, but the butter in my coffee is making me nervous.....so I understand your hesitation. Did you tell your doctor you were following a LCHF lifestyle?
