Runners! (Help me, please)
This has probably been asked, but... I am 5'5. 140 pounds. And 90% of my body fat is in my stomach, probably. I frequently try to get into running and start at a slow 12 minute mile. I do 3-5 miles at that pace with no problem for about 3 days in a row. By day 4, my knees are in terrible pain above the kneecap. Could this…
