I just want to know even if i add and hour work out two times a week that still classifies me as sedentary id like to move up to lightly active because of the 400 calorie difference in the average day of person. Would taking a certain amount steps help or adding a small 15 minute work out help?
I have some raspberry ketones laying around and recently have added a mile run into my daily routine (which is not much but is a big deal since I NEVERTHELESS leave my house) I am trying to drop 10 pounds this month and an extra 10 in the following month or two I am considered over weight and I am terrified of the winter…
