I've lost 43 pounds to date and I've been stuck for about 4 weeks. I work out about3/4 times a week. Cardio and weighs. My diet is low carb no sugar . I have about 15 more pounds I'd like to loose. Tia
I just realized i am drinking about 400 to 600 calories in wine a few times a week.... it it terrible to not eat 600 worth of calories so i can enjoy my wine and not go over my calorie intake.. love my wine and its not going anywhere :) ) lol
