not eating enough?
i am 69 and do 6 hours in the gym each week plus 2 long walks (7k) or rounds of golf. I have at least 4 stones to loose and am struggling. strength training calories
could anyone tell me why strength training is not calculated for calorie burn on the calories allowed page? I spend an hour in the gym, on the machines etc lifting, pulling and pushing, this must use up some calories......
