Hi there - has anyone else done this? I have been on WW for months now and its always a little scary moving away from something that works but I am not paying for it after my subscription runs out as I am at goal weight but I would like to lose 3-4 lbs more to get in a safe zone. Thanks ;-)
Feel free to add me so we can all support each other I only have 8lbs to go but I'm finding it hard, just started running and I am surprisingly enjoying it...I find weekends and late afternoon the hardest to control myself, I love crisps....arghhh x
