Ideas for easy portable lunch/snacks?
Hi- I am going out on my friend's boat this weekend, and I wanted some ideas of portable lunch/snacks to bring. I am sick of plain old salads. What are some easy things to transport in a small cooler? I need inspiration!

Beer
I miss beer. Nothing like a cold frosty one after running a race, or while grilling. We have had some unseasonably warm weather here in New England, and it's making really crave one. Do any of you drink beer? How does it fit into your carb counts?

I am a very active person, I work out 6-7 times a week, and I run as well as lift. I actually just ran a half marathon this past weekend, and have several more this spring and fall, including a full marathon (my second) on tap for this fall. Daily carb allowance
Hi- just wondering if you subtract grams of fiber from your total carb count for the day. I seem to be getting over 60 grams of carbs per day from veggies. If I subtract the fiber it's only 35 grams......so what is the accurate carb count?

Trying to get eating under control
Hi everyone, I have decided that I need to completely overhaul my diet. I just completed my first marathon this past weekend, and have used the excuse of training for it for the last few months to eat everything and anything I have wanted. I actually GAINED weight training for the marathon. Now with the holidays…
