Eating a minimum of 1200 calories a day?
Hi! I have been reading that one must eat at least 1,200 calories a day to prevent your body from kicking in to "Survival Mode" and actually stunting your weight loss. Does this mean one needs to eat 1,200 calories a day, or after exercise, have a net intake of at least 1,200 calories a day? Or, if it's much more…
