Lost 10 pounds...and neck measurement hasn't changed?
Hi everyone: Since I started MFP this past October, I've lost 10 pounds, which is great. I have lost 3" off my waist, 2.5" off my hips and ~2" off my chest (read: boobs)...however, my neck measurement started off at 12" and it hasn't budged an inch. Is it bad if you exercise but don't "eat back" the calories you burned?
I've always heard that you should not use exercise as an excuse to eat a lot. I just started on MFP, and the calorie goal I'm given is 1460. Then I add in some exercise, and it increases the calorie number (yesterday, for example, my calorie goal was increased to 1830). I am a little nervous to actually go ahead and eat…
