I'm 5'3" to 5'4" tall, currently weigh ~130 and my goal weight is 100.

Not in my neck measurement, no. Then again, weight hasn't changed that much either in the past two weeks (other than ~2 pounds of what I suspect is PMS fluid retention...yuck).

Sounds good. So 12" = "slender," huh? Never knew that. Anyone know what's the upper limit of "acceptable" re: neck measurements?

That's awful. I first asked my parents if I was fat when I was seven, but to have it happen the other way around...I can't even imagine.

Heh. Mine would easily be 50+ considering what I would prefer to eat... Just kidding; good question though. I'd have to imagine that I would eventually be back to my heaviest weight, which was around 185 pounds (and easily 35ish BMI). That was when I basically ate what I wanted and didn't do any of the exercise I do now.

Protein + lipids (fat) = most satisfying in my opinion.

It tends to give me the "you're not eating enough" message if it's under 1000 calories for the whole day...but then again, everyone's different. I say eat it and enjoy :wink:

Glad I now know about MFP overestimating calorie burn--I'll keep that in mind. I've been eating back about half my exercise calories and have so far lost a pound. So far so good! Thanks!
