Advice for a new runner?
Can anyone give me some advice to start out running. I'm okay in the gym on a treadmill fast walk/jogging but find outdoor running daunting. I'm going to start small and do the couch to 5k program on the seafront. Any advice?

I've officially been logging for a year and have so far lost 3 stone and 8 pounds. I still want to loose another 20 lbs but for the last 2 months my weight loss has completely stopped. Taking mini meals to university (low cal)
Does anyone have any suggestions for meals I can cook and then take to university to last me throughout the day? My workload has seriously increased so I've been spending 9-6 either at university or the library. At work I have the use of a microwave so there are a lot more options but at university I don't. Pole fitness?
I've been doing pole fitness as a way to tone up. What exercise would I class it as in the daily diary? Could I class it as strength training? Any other pole fans out there? It's giving me so much confidence as I loose weight!
