I've officially been logging for a year and have so far lost 3 stone and 8 pounds. I still want to loose another 20 lbs but for the last 2 months my weight loss has completely stopped. But I'm measuring my food and working out. Any suggestions? I have been focusing on gaining muscle at the gym, could this explain it?
