Hey guys I am new to starting a keto diet, and am just trying to play around with my macros for tomorrow to make it all fit. I should hit 2544 cals, 40g carbs, 151 g protein, and 198 g fat. Right now I just need about 20 grams of fat and protein to hit my goal macros. Any snack advice? or Keto meals that lifters enjoy?…
