Hey guys I am new to starting a keto diet, and am just trying to play around with my macros for tomorrow to make it all fit. I should hit 2544 cals, 40g carbs, 151 g protein, and 198 g fat. Right now I just need about 20 grams of fat and protein to hit my goal macros. Any snack advice? or Keto meals that lifters enjoy? Going to grocery store tomorrow..

    Ditto to what @Sloth2016 said. I'm a part of that group and Keto myself. Don't worry about getting in all of your fat macros, necessarily. The fat is meant to keep you feeling satisfied. Keep your carbs at or below goal, your protein near goal and fat to satisfaction. If you are a little over or under on protein sometimes it won't be the end of the world. Some days you will feel full with less and feel like you are hungry with more. It just happens, but generally most of us feel satisfied most of the time. I can't reiterate enough...check out the low carber forum and when you are approved as a member go to the stickies first and read the launch pad info. Huge amount of help in there.
