Hello! I've been "trying" to drop the final 10 lbs from my pregnancy weight for almost 4 years. Staying motivated for these last 10 pounds has been the hardest. Do any of you also struggle with those last few pounds and want to join me to finally get them off once and for all?
Are they good overall workouts for weight loss? What about all over toning? How many times per week is the recommendation for results?
