A trainer at my gym has his client "bounce" in most of her exercises rather than perform a full range of motion. Muscles Twitching
Does anyone else experience muscles twitching after lifting weights (like, later that day or the next day)? It's not like a full body thing but I'll feel a specific muscle in one arm or leg twitching after a workout. It can last for a few minutes and then go away, or be sporadic throughout the day. Thanks.
