I spent the last 6 months working through the New Rules of Lifting for women and I loved it but now I am wondering what to move onto next. 9 week plateau and I'm needing some new ideas!
I am now on week 10 of a plateau. I started back in October, lost 20lbs. pretty quickly, and then it literally all stopped.
