I spent the last 6 months working through the New Rules of Lifting for women and I loved it but now I am wondering what to move onto next. I still have between 10-15 lbs to lose so I know I can't do any major muscle gains right now so what would be the best "all around" program? Stronglifts? Ice cream fitness?? Live fit trainer?? My goal is to lose the remaining weight and continue to strength train and eventually do bulk/cut cycles. Thanks for any ideas!!

Whatever you want to try next. The weight loss will come from having a calorie deficit, so you can tailor lifting on other goals. You can still see strength increases as you're still a beginner basically (I'm getting close to Stage 7 in NROLFW myself).
Stronglifts and ICF are both going to be strength focused as ICF is like Stronglifts but with a few accessories. I did Stronglifts before NROLFW and liked the simplicity and strength focus.
You can also check out the NROLFW group on here. Some of them have gone through the program and moved on to other things. There are also options like Starting Strength or Strong Curves that you could consider. Many options, so you can pick whatever strikes your fancy. I haven't decided what to do next either but leaning towards something similar to Stronglifts, though I still have some research to do.0
