Hey Y'all! I am 5'5" and 110 lbs. My goal weight is in the 130-140 range. I've gotten some pretty solid advice on my caloric intake and overall diet - but I am a little ignorant as to which exercises will help me gain weight. Any advice on the subject would be greatly appreciated, please!
Good Morning, Y'all! I'm Mye. The BLUF is this: I'm 5'5" and currently 110 pounds. The problem with those numbers is that my usual weight is 125 pounds.
