back and leg pain
I am 73, and have lost 30 lbs with only another 14 to go. My problem is with all forms of exercise. After any form of activity my back and legs are really painful. activity tracker and calories
Hello all. My activity tracker, misfit flash, is working overtime. This morning it gave me 388 extra calories, just for getting out of bed, and washing and dressing. It never used to do this. I know I can delete this entry, or just ignore it, but why is it sudddnly doing it?

Elderly woman wants to lose weight
I am 75 and want to lose weight to help with painful knees, and so that I can carry on my hobby of English folk dancing.
