Should I be more aggressive?
I've been doing a squat challenge that has me up to 105 squats so far, 100 bicep curls with 5 lbs, 50 overhead extensions with 5 lbs, 20 twist with 5 lbs, 30 second arm circles, and 30 second reverse arm circles.
