What are useable carbs? I plugged it into the food finder after I put in arugala and found them linked. As I scrolled down the list it seemed like there were a lot of fruits and veggies and then I started finding things like Church's Chicken-Butter Honey Bisquits and Nut Bars.
Tons of data, am in the process of reading through everything, would like to know if anyone has any personal experiences (good and/or bad) to share before I buy. Thanks
