i eat my calories, usually under...don't feel like I'm starving, workout out daily and I know I underestimate the burn...worked in the beginning but the past 2 days I am just gaining and I've done nothing different.....why? Ahhhhhh
i am not sure what I am doing wrong. I workout everyday , eat the allotted calories, weigh myself same time , same way everyday and it seems like now my weight wants to stall and creep up...why?
