If your eating under you would lose esp in two months. Why don't you want to show your diary, it might help to give you some answers?

Losing 8-10 lbs should be at a rate of .5lbs to do it sensibly, and set it to sedentary unless you are actually working out. As for extra calories my gyno told me that it's not true , eat properly and you will be fine. My son just turned 5 months last week

I am 5'7 I am thankful everyday to have my three little boys!

I started at 1350 and dropped it to 1250. It may seem low however I am not feeling hungry, When I workout I may eat extra but it's always protein and clean like eggs, boiled chicken.

I have a little boy that will need his mommy to be strong for him, be his legs for him and take care of him more than normal. I have a choice with what happens to my muscles, he doesn't and I'm so glad I am in my way so I'm ready as I can be. Thanks everyone for your encouragement

Completely agree with everyone here being judgemental, OP and others are just venting. relax people, she isn't going up to them, they will never know so if it is health related or not, it doesn't bother them what she is thinking. She asked for pet peeves not to hear how everyone here thinks they are perfect and never judge…

Wow , some people should just read the post and move along. OP was just asking a simple question, you have no answer that pertains, move along. We all judge, observe, criticize and just plain have thoughts of others that may not be the most positive so don't pretend you don't.

I just started in January after having my baby boy Nov 2014 and I realized the I was still putting on weight. I reached 221 in January and started logging and excercising. Still a long way to go as goal weight is 145, started at 221 and current 186.

I am eating 1240 now and cerci sing 6 days a week.... once I'm on maintenance, what should I be doing? Now I'm confused for the after as I am already low calories. Great job by the way, you look fabulous and the confidence shows

As much as I hate to admit...excercising is my no brainer tip....just put your workout clothes in, get to the gym or wherever and once your there you WILL workout or it was just a waste of time being there and nobody likes to waste their time. I love the feeling once I've finished working out and looking at calories burned…

This exactly, I had to do it weekly. My days mood would be set by the scale and it wasn't always good. Weekly weigh ins have kept me happy and looking for are to Sunday weigh ins to beat my previous week...competitive nature in me coming out
