Net Cslories Under Weekly Goal

Should this number be high or low for the week? I've noticed my average for some weeks is 1100 or a little less. Could This be why No Loss on the scales for 2 months now. My goal is 1500 a day, find hard to eat more than 1380-1450.

You should try to eat to your goal, but if you're under it won't stop weight loss. If you haven't lost anything for 2 months you're eating at maintenance. Do you measure and weigh everything you eat with a food scale? Do you eat back your exercise calories?0

Thanks for your response. Am I too assume my maintenance may be under 1500, if so then what? I do use the scale 90% of the time and majority of the time don't eat back exercise calories. When I do, it's approximately 150 calories.0

Can you post your stats? Age, height, weight. If you are definitely eating 1500 a day and not losing then your maintenance is less, but you say you're not eating 1500 by 1280-1450 a day and still not losing, which sounds unlikely especially if you're also exercising. Knowing your stats will help. Also if you open your diary people can give more specific advice.0

Did you say you are 5'7" and weigh 94.4 pounds? If that is the case, your body is probably not wanting to let go of any fat you may have...I hope I read that wrong....0

That's in kgs. In pounds its 207. No to public diary.0
