How to log meals at restaurants with no count?
I usually do a meal once every few weeks at a high end restaurant, which has no nutritional information on the menu. How can I accurately track these meals? What do you all do?

My app on the iphone adds calories to my daily allowance based on steps I have taken. Is the iphone an accurate step counter?

I had a night off my eating plan and went to an amazing thai restaurant. I ended up logging this morning and realized that white rice is super caloric!
