I have heard that eggs are a good source of protein, but if I have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast my daily cholesterol goal is over. Why is that?
So I don't know what to call this. I don't have a double chin, but I do get one long slope from the base of the neck to the chin. It doesn't curve or bend. There are no bumps. It's one straight line. Does anyone know what this is called and/or exercises or secrets to help get rid of it?
