Reflecting on my first 90 days and loss of 15.5 lbs
This is my first 90 days using MyFitness Pal and tracking calories. In that time I lost 15.5 LBS (Started at 217.5 and ended at 202) I had a plan of 14 weeks and 1 lb per week.
