Did a little running in the past (1/2 marathon in 2013) but put on some weight since. Don't consider myself a runner, but like to do it as a "side" exercise. Would like to do another 1/2 this year, and would love the support of another not-so-much-a-runner runner on MFP
Joined MFP back in 2012 and lost 70lbs. Gave it a year or two "on my own" and successfully put 50 of those lbs back on. Time for a permanent down-swing of this yo-yo! Hoping to have those 50 back off by my 40th birthday in August.
