From WW to MFP
I am not new to MFP, but I have been following WW for the past 10 mo and have lost a decent amount of weight. I did however "fall off" in June and have not been able to get back into it ever since. I decided today that I enjoy the flexibility more with MFP so I am going to track here instead of WW. Anyone else have success…

How many calories do you eat in a day to lose?

Just out of curiosity, what is the most you have lost in a weeks time on MFP? I am really debating on whether to follow MFP or WW. I know you have to do what works for you, but I find that with WW I am at least trying to eat healthier foods. Thanks all.
