Hey guys,I recently noticed today that MFP has changed my intake goals. For example it has upped my carb intake from 150 to 175 and fat from 40 to 53 without me changing anything. Any reasons why this would be ? Anyone have any recommendations for how many grams of each I should be getting?
Hey everyone I had a question about my daily sugar goal. I am a big fan of fresh fruit but whenever I add fruit to my food diary it takes me way over my sugar allowance. Any suggestions? Does anyone limit their fruit intake because of this?
